Ingredients
Makes a full jar
- 75g walnuts
- 75g pecans
- 75g cashews
- 75g almonds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 200g oats (use gluten-free if needed)
- 75g milled Flaxseed
- 5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 20g coconut Sugar
Method
Simply place into a large bowl, mix throughly until everything is well-combined and then pop into an air-tight storage container.
