The Green Oasis

There are big tropical vibes in this smoothie. It’s both nutrient dense & deliciously smooth and sweet. Perfect for those days when you just need a little bit of life.

Makes 2 glasses (or 1 really big one if you’re so inclined)


  • 1 banana
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • 75g frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk (the carton type you find in the milk aisle)

Simply whack it in a blender, blitz & enjoy!
